Hi Twin Parents and parents to be!!!!!
It's official as of one hour ago I have taken my cankles home and retired from work!!!

We are so excited about not only this day - but becoming parents of twins!! I am ready to stay at home and provide a new life for my husband and new family to be.

We fly out this weekend to Kalgoorlie and all our furniture left today. We are staying with my parents at the moment and I have bought the BIGGEST chocolate celebratory cake!

The door has opened and the beginning of our new life has just begun! I am armed with the advice from you all, and honoured with the support and guidance I recieve from others! Thank you..

The cankles are very happy that I am going to spend the next few days elevated and resting! I am such a happy pregnant woman!

Thanks for listening! This is the first time in my life I have never worked - this new adventure is going to be the most rewarding and demanding job of my life and I am feeling *ready* for it.....

PetaW - I know what you mean! I am really enjoying this time off! I love the fact that I can sit and read a book and not have to *be* anywhere!

The big move happening tonight. I havent cried yet, but when I get to the airport I will. I am trying to stay strong so I dont stress the babies out! Everything will be pretty much done when we get there, so I will be exploring come Monday......I am a little excited about it at the moment.

Thanks for the well wishes and support.......

No_idea!
[color=Blue]Yay!! So good to hear you've finished work. I had mixed emotions about leaving work (and I'm still officially on maternity leave, so I guess I'm still in denial!!). But, having the time for yourself is brilliant.

Take care, and look after those cankles! ;p

HI BREE BUDDY.

Just hoping all has gone well with the move. I guess it will take you a while to get organized. But look after yourself and the cankles (mine are shocking today).

Let us know how you are settling ASAP.
Big hugs

Congratulations Bree!
You are so brave to be making such a move. It sounds like you have the right outlook on things and Kalgoorlie will be all the better for having you & your new family there.

Look after yourself, those bubbies and cankles - don't be tempted to do the unpacking, sit back and direct others like a queen!

I can certainly recommend the r&r before bubs are here - I never thought I'd make it this far - although I suspect the babies will recognise Hugh Grant's voice before my DH's because I've watched so many of his movies on DVD!!

Take care

Lisa
