Girls: Juliet if spelt thus. Otherwise Grace.

Boys: sorry, can't separate. I like all three equally.

Alexis is the best girl's name, then Juliette. Not a fan of Grace.

All three boys' names are nice, but Nicholas is probably the best. Ethan and Joshua are a little too popular.

Alexis and Nicholas

I like Juliette but prefer the spelling Juliet (only slightly though, the way you've spelt it is still quite lovely). Grace is a bit old fashioned for me and Alexis is not really my style.

Nicholas would be my favourite out of the boys but its a close playing field, they're all nice names.

Boys name - not keen on any of them, if I had to chose I would say Joshua

Juliette, but then I am biased as this is my name (spelt this way). I have to say I love having this name and always have, it has always brought much positive comment my whole life (thanks Mum!).

I like Juliet. Grace is a fantastic second-middle name.
Ethan is my fav; however my sister-in-law got in first . Nicholas is also a favourite.

Grace I find dull and overused, can't decide between Juliette and Alexis, I really like them both. I would probably choose Alexis myself because I like the nn Lexie and it seems a little less common.

Ethan I have always really like but popularity has put me off so I pick Nicolas follwed by Ethan, then Joshua which I like but us school teacher types try to avoid J boys names (it's an in-joke).

Great lists overall though, have fun choosing a name! Do you have other middle names picked out or will they come from the lists?
