Hello to all I hope all is well with everyone . I am now 27 weeks & 3 days & feel that there is not much room left for these 2 baby girls !! I have had a cold for the most part of 8 days now. Apart from that , the heat , lack of sleep & looking after a large family all is well . This week I have noticed that my pelvic floor is not good !! With the cold coughing & sneezing & carrying 2 babies , I can see why this is happening . The books tell me that even a dribble is whilst carrying 2 babies is called stress incontience . Has anyone else suffered from this ?? I know inconitence is a common problem for expecting mums. I hope that this is all over I will not be left with this problem ?? Help I feel like pelvic floor excercises are getting me no where !! Mumtomany

Hi there,
I haven't had this problem myself but I have a friend who is a physio and specialises in this area, she works at a local hospital, so maybe your local hospital may have the same service and they could help.

Good luck
