Hi just to let you's know my Ob appointment well well yesterday. My blood pressure is down, urine is fine and weight gain is only 2kg's so far. Ob is happy with my progressand gave me a 11 out of 10. *LOL*

Twins are in a odd position thou (my thoughts) i have one laying tranverse with head to my left and the other is in the breech position with head to other twins feet. When should they turn or get into final position.

My saga > I had Ob appointment he said nothing to me about not been able to deliver me, i received a phone call from his office this morning saying that he will be away for the whole month of May and he wont be able to deliver me, so i have to find another Ob/Gyno. Gee's dont you think that i'm a tad pee'ed off. So he is giving me a referal to a Ob/Gyno that is moving to my area, BUT.... she wont be starting until April.. So by the looks of it i will probably get a whole two appointments with my new Ob. Great huh !! what else can a girl do? So i hope that she is a nice Ob and we are happy with her. This will be my fourth Dr since conceiving... Sorry for the vent ladies..

Jen, I would just stick with your current Ob until April, and then change to the new one once your current one goes on leave. Maybe your current ob might end up delivering if you go anywhere before about 36 weeks anyway! (Matthew and Erin were born at 35.5 weeks - and were fine - an hour or so in NICU, overnight in SCU, and home on day five, so going early does not always mean dramas).

Maybe I will be the only one here, but I really did not care who delivered. I liked consistency with my antenatal appointments (which I pretty much got), but then was not upset that my ob did not deliver (except that I would have loved her to be the first to meet them!) Once the whole labour thing was happening, I would have been happy for the cleaner to deliver! The midwives were more involved than the obstetrician (well, except at crunch time when I ended up with a c-section ... then the obs were fairly busy).

Do not let this stress you ... (easy said, I know) ... enjoy your pregnancy and stay healthy original.gif
