Ok, it's only starting so still kind of amusing. But... I thought maybe I'd prepare myself for all the why questions by listing some here and hope others will add on.

DD1: "Mummy, you eating?"
Me: "Yes"
DD1: "Why?"
Me: "Because I'm hungry"
DD1: "Why?"
Me: "Because I haven't had breakfast yet"
DD1: "Why?"
Me: "Because I've been looking after you all morning"
DD1: "Why?"
Me: "Sweetie can you sing me a song?" (She loves to sing wink.gif )

Anyone willing to share a "why?" story?

Ana.

Oh no I hadn't thought about the 'why's times 2! Arrrgghhh!!!

Maybe that is why twins sometimes develop language a bit later to give us a little extra peace and quiet!

You made me laugh, and I am impressed with the way you handled it, perfect redirection for all!

hugs

Glad I made you guys laugh!! Here's one from yesterday... Mostly DD1 that's asking all the questions at the moment.

DD1: Daddy I go shower today?
DH: No, you don't need one today. Tomorrow, Tuesday.
DD1: What's Tuesday?
DH: Tuesday is a day.
DD1: Whats a day?
DH: A day is a part of a week.
DD1: What's a week?
DH: A week is a group of days. Are you finished? (She was on the potty at the time)
DD1: Ok.

Lol!
