On the weekend my family (DP, DSS and I) are going with a nother family to the football. Usually i would just wear jeans or cargo pants with a jumper or something, but we are going out to the club for dinner before hand.

Same as usual unless the club has some kind of dress code that you need to be aware of?
I would still wear jeans, but instead of wearing a jumper i would wear a nice fitted jacket, abit more jewellery, makeup and dressier shoes (but still comfortable).

This and a nice scarf so when it gets cold at the footy you will still be warm.
