Hello , i am teying to pick names for my non identical twin baby girls due in May . I have decided to call one baby girl Katie ( first name ) . But I have no name for the second baby . Any suggestions for a name for baby Two ??? Also just a quick question should I buy size 0000 or 000 for newborn twins ??? As twins are smaller than a singleton baby aren't they . Thanks to everyone who has been friendly to me , I have got bucket loads of helpful advice from this forum !! Michelle

I am going to be no help with names as it took us over a week to name our girls! I had a real thing about making sure it was right and that the right baby got the right name! But I have to say that I think Kate is a great name

As for clothing size... I'm not sure I'd get too many 0000 outfits unless you think you may have really tiny babies. My girls were really tiny when they were born and still only around the 2kg mark when we came home so 0000 was big and 000 huge but for some things it didn't matter if they were a bit big. Bond suits for example - they are usually small for size anyway and if they are a bit big it's not such a problem. The best advice I got on clothes was to buy a dew bits and pieces but wait until they arrive and then buy what fits. Another good idea is to know what you want and get someone to go shopping for you while you are still in hospital and get the right size.

Im sorry I also can't help with names, I had enough trouble picking Luca's name even then people kept asking why did I pick a boys name for a girl.

I too wouldn't buy to many 0000. Jackson is still wearing alot of 0000 clothing and he is neally 7 months old but he was only 650g when born and is very slow in the growing department. Luca who was a lot bigger especially when they came home outgrew her 0000 clothes very fast. Some of them never look worn. So getting too many 0000 can be a bit of a waste. I would just buy a couple of things but then go for the bigger size. They will only grow into them

Even though we knew the sex of the babies, we had two boys names chosen as well...just in case, so we had all the bases covered.

How about Katie and Laura...I knew two little girls called Kate and Laura and they were lovely!!!
