Just wondering if any of you know or might know about fundas measurements & if it would be bigger with twins. I am currently 21wks pregnant with twins and my Dr said my funds is measuring at 25 weeks.. A tad confusing i hope someone might be able to clear this up for me, if not thanks for reading. Any advice greatly accepted.

I have a book 'The Twins Handbook' (British I think?) that has a picture of the fundus measurements of someone expecting twins vs singleton. It says at 20 weeks with twins, your fundus is about the size of someone at 24-25 weeks of a singleton preg.
Then 22wks twin = 26-28wks single
24wks twin = 30 wks
28wks twins = 34 wks
30wks twins = 36 wks
It's a bit confusing but I think it helps explain why people were asking me when I was due when I was only 25 weeks! Hope this helps

Hi Jen,
Was about to PM you! LOL
Its the measurement from your pubic bone to the top of your uterus (that they can feel) With twins its always in front - I was last measured at 25 weeks and was measuring 29 weeks so dont stress. We have 2 babies and the measurements for a singleton is recommended 1cm per week of pregnancy.
We are allowed to be double! LOL
Get that belly pic posted! LOL

Hi Jennifer
I've just gone through my diary & here's my measurements.
22.6weeks - 28weeks
26.6weeks - 34weeks
I'm pretty sure at around 31 weeks I was measuring 38-39 weeks.
HTH & don't panic.
Cheers
