Hi all, don't know if anyone else is having these issues but we are having big "discussions" at the moment (usually late at night when we're both exhausted!) about our house. Since having our twins and then a baby girl we have really filled up our house and have to think about renovating or moving. Unless we win Tatts soon (!?) we don't really have the means to do either without 'help' from the bank. Our house seemed quite large before our three bundles of joy arrived. At the moment our boys share a room but we can see in the future they may choose to have their own space. When my family visit from Tassie we have to move our daughter into our room so our guests can sleep in that room. We also don't have a family room so our lounge room is the play room.
It's not really a big issue given the tragic events in the world right now but I just wondered if anyone else has had to move house or renovate.
Cheers, Maycee

hi there we renovated, we had a small front verandah which wasnt big enough to put the kids pool down (under awning) and to sit on the verandah at the same time, we also put in an interna; staircase so we now have two living rooms. these renos have made a huge amaount of difference to our quality of life as the kids are wanting some of their own soace now to spread out and play in and so are we (with all the accumulated toys). Best thing we ever did!!! and wasnt that expensive either, considering the alternative to moving.

good luck and a happy new year to you and your family

Thanks Leanne, I think having two living areas would be great. We're definitely considering creating a family room if we can. Glad to hear that it's made a difference to you and you family. We are still working out exactly what we want and what we can afford but it's so good to hear what has worked for you.
Thanks,
Maycee
