I've been feeling a bit 'blah' lately.
I don't take any pills or medicines of any kind (natural or otherwise) and am thinking perhaps it would be a good idea to 'do' something for myself.
I was thinking multivitamin, maybe some EPO (been noticing I'm a moody b**ch around/post ovulation) and something for a bit of 'get up and go' as mine has got up and gone lately I'm sick of feeling wiped out most days and wishing my kids would 'take care of themselves' sometimes ( ) and since I'm now in my 'mid 30's it's probably a good idea to start being a bit more proactive about my well being.
So, what do you take and why???
