Not for my baby but every time I watch Criminal Minds I wonder how to pronounce Emily's name IRL - Paget? I've googled it but only found either the phonetic alphabet (which I have forgotten how to read) or an argument about how it's pronounced.
Is it
1) Pa-jit (J being soft as in lingerie)
2) Pa-gae (again, soft g)
3) Rhymes with Gadget
Anyone know anyone with this name and can explain how to pronounce it? I don't particulary like the look of it but maybe it sounds nice.

When refering to Paget's Disease, it's pronounced to rhyme with gadget. I don't know if it's different for a name, but would suspect not.

Rhymes with gadget. Apparently unisex and can be spelt Padget and Padgett as well.

DAted a guy with this as his surname, and it was pad-jett

OK thanks. That's not very pretty is it? I thought it might have a lovely French pron or something.
