I love the sound of Amber Skye, but I must admit that the first time I read it, I laughed because I immediately had the image of the sky turning yellow...
I would go with Ambrosia Skye - ambrosia being the food of the gods and skye being, well, like sky!

Amber Skye and Chloe Jade also for me... I like the name Paige but am not big on Gabriella, but that is just my personal taste. The two names do sound good together.
