I know there is a heap of topics on here about bfeeding Twins but I'm a bit different...
My left breast has an attached inverted nipple which only produces about 20% & the other 80%!
So tandem feeding is pretty much out... I'm an expert at expressing with by double pump!
So I'm wondering if I should express & bottle feed EBM or alternate one feed on the breast while the other twin gets EBM or formula!
I'm at a bit of loose end as to ware to even start... HELP!
Anyone else been in a similar situation?

In the other threads you saw here there are plenty who BF one and EBM the other together
purely to save time - two working breasts or not.
I would definitely still try to feed at the same time whether it's both EBM or a BF/EBM combo.
Wish this was around when my girls were born:

Personally, I'd bf one and bottle feed the other at the same time. I wish I'd done this with both my working breasts because I think I may have succeeded in bfing for longer. Means you can still feed both at once (maybe not in the early, early days/weeks as you establish bf but definitely once bubs is all settled into latching etc) and the baby sucking is, as I am sure you know, better on your supply.
Good on you!
