I finished it on the weekend and I just adored it. I have loved every single one of his books and I am wondering if this just might not be his best. I haven't cried so much in a book for many many years (probably since Tigana actually).
I'd love to hear what anyone else may have thought...

Did not even know he had a new one out... for some reason I thought he was dead. Maybe because I read his books so long ago....
My favourite is still the Lions of Al-Rassan.

If you liked Lions you'll really like this one too. A lot of people say its his best since then but I love everything he has written.
