IVF is a technology to assist couples who are infertile and is funded by the government as a medical treatment. So yes, it is for the exclusive right of a certain group of people, those who are not able to conceive a healthy baby on their own. Why on earth should the government fund a couple who only want multiples if they are perfectly capable of getting pregnant naturally?
