HI i have been looking for a place to sell my books to, so second hand shop, does anyone know anywhere in sydney around northwest. It seems they are a rare find and I havent had much luck finding anywhere.

No help, sorry - I just didn't realise places would buy secondhand books.

Last time I had a box of them, the best offer i got from a secondhand dealer was to swap for some stuff he already had - or I could just give him the books and take nothing!!

There is a second hand book shop in Hornsby but last time I checked, they had too much stock and weren't looking to buy. How about ebay if you can be bothered? Try and organise them into lots if you can, eg, by author, genre etc. There is also Elizabeth's in the city. Ring first and tell them what you have though, ie, wouldn't want to lug a whole stack of books in and then have them not interested. I don't know that any of them pay very much though.

There is a shop in Epping. I think you just get store credit so no cash, but I could be wrong. Put them in the trading room. I'd be interested to buy depending on what you have.
