Garbage in Canberra in 2005 (can't believe it was nearly 5 years ago ) the night before they announced they were taking an extended hiatus as a band. The venue was tiny and it was brilliant, Shirley is so much awesome and I (still) want to run away with her.

I also saw Simple Minds after the Grand Prix a few weeks ago and was blown away. I don't usually stand in the rain for 2 hours for anyone, but they were well worth it.
