Hey ladies, everyone has had a super weekend I hope! Worked all weekend, bring on Monday, my only day off this week and last, oh except for last wed too, Dempsey bday!
Belated b'day wishes Rachel- sounds like you had a lovely Day!
Kalita Glad your little princess hasnt got WC!!
BWB&P Belated Happy 4th Birthday to your princess too! Hope she had a great day!
Thought I'd share my TWW journey here than with a heap of other ladies I dont know, then they get pregnant and move on anyway, or stay in limbo land waiting for their BFP in which case if we get lucky sooner rather than later I leave them behind, I haven't got the time or the patience! AF due (hopefully not though) 14th May so will see how we go

!!
My big boy is 9 in a few weeks, still my skinny little chicken man though (he is a stick). My how time flies!

Kalita - So glad its not whooping cough, but it is still not nice that she is sick
Adaryln - I had hoped to work a few more days, but my body has told me "NO" and for once I am listening to it. I hope your body will go the distance for you.
Hope - The big day is getting closer for you. Yay - can't wait for you
LAM - So glad you are sharing your TTW with us - we will be here to support you {{hugs}}
Us - Went to another 2 year olds bday today!! Awesome fun. Poor little Tayla has watched as all her friend have had their bdays - now I think she is keen for hers. She has got the gist of what this candle blowing out thing is all about - and their is cake and lollies!!! She is just like her Mummy and loves party food!
Had last day at work Friday - yippeeeee
My pregnancy brain curse has struck again

- when I was pregnant with Tayla I lost my visa/atm card.

This time it's my phone!! Unfortunately it wasn't in Harvey Norman on Saturday Morning when I went there ( I was last out of the store on Friday night - they locked the doors behind me) so unless it fell out of my bag when I bent over to lift Tayla into the car - I have no idea where it is. What a PIA, just what a pregnant woman needs - to lose all her phone numbers - then to have to shop for a new phone with a Toddler. Guess my phonebook did need a clean out - some numbers I have had in there for the last 10 years and rarely used! At least I got a replacement sim, whilst I wait for insurance blah blah blah - so can use an old handset. If anyone here would like me to txt them when this new bub is born pls pm me your mobile number and I will txt you (I do need to tell someone when I've had a bub - not many contacts in my phone atm

)

Rach You feel like a coffee and let kids run a muck? Thinking maccas or funbugs? Havent caught up in ages lol.
winelover bummer about your phone. I left mine on a bus once when I was younger only had it 2 days was in a panic and kept ringing it just in case someone picked it up. Lucky for me the bus driver found it at the end of his shift and ranf someone on my contact list and they told him who it belonged too. was very grateful.
Hope someone finds it and hands it back. I'd be lost without my iphone.
LAM I have to say I'm so very jelious of you. TTC for a bub when you have found a new man. I wish I could do that with DP but its not the right time and would create too many waves. I wish you all the luck in a fast BFP. Did you decided what car?

kalita - My DD is not ready for TT. Her one wee was a fluke I think. I'm not in a hurry anyway. I am going to wait until summer and then give it a try.
Glad E doesn't have whooping cough. Phew.
LAM - Ohhhhh, TTC, how exciting!!
AFM - 3 days to go!!
I had my last OB appt today (well apart from my 6 week check up). I am ready.
So today, DD and I are just hanging around the house, doing little chores here and there. Tomorrow we are visiting a friend with a new baby and Wednesday DD is in childcare, DH has the day off work, so we are going to the movies, going to lunch and planning on having a lovely day together. Than it is THE DAY!!
I can't wait. I just want to meet him and give him a cuddle. I am really looking foward to introducing Annabelle and DS to each other to. She is going to love him! I can tell already.
Happy days.
Off to try and do some ironing before DD wakes up.

Hello girlies! Saw my ob this morning and got a sick certificate for the next MONTH so have finished work till next May! I felt relieved when I finished with Grace and Bell but just slumped out of there today; staying home with a 2 year old isn't as relaxing as I had it previously! Young Ed is laying sideways across my gizzards at the moment, doesn't know which way is up or down. Everything else is good; I again was half hoping myBP would be up so I could go into hospital for a couple of days, but no such luck!
HOPE not long now! Your day planned for tomorrow sounds divine; I am going to copy you and try to get the MIL to come up and babysit the day before or so so DH and I can escape for a while. It sounds soooo good.
LISA I am free to meet up whenever you would like, after a school run? Let me know a day that suits you and I'll be in it now there's no work on the horizon.
TPM hello! tea sounds nice, how long would it take me to get to Perth!? I am cooking pork curry tonight, out of the coles booklet - feed your family of 4 for $10. Their recipes are quite basic so at my level!
KATH how are you going friend? Sorry to hear about your phone! I have been crying for nothing which is always nice. Well actually, I did cry because Isabella ran away from me in the shops and I couldn't be assed catching her. I did manage to refrain from crying in the shops, I waited till I got home. How many weeks are you now? 8 weeks tomorrow for me!!
LAM best of luck with your two week wait, here's hoping to a quick result! You must be so happy with the way things are going, I'm so glad it's all worked out for you.
BLESSED hope things are going well with your beautiful boy, photos please!!!
KALITA how are you darling? It made me laugh how using the potty freaks little E out. I can't be bothered doing any of that at the moment, will probably wait for summer now. How is little E going with her chest infection?
ADARLYN did you get a cot? I am wanting to nest a bit, to set up things for bubba, but he'll just be sharing our room for a while so there's really no point. Isabella keeps going into his wardrobe and emerges like a vampire and keeps throwing his clothes and coat hangers around so the poor little thing really has nothing ready. Ah well I suppose he doesn't know. The bassinett is still set up from Bells but is full of crap, and I mean FULL. Maybe I could clean that out and feel like I've done something.
We put an offer in on the house I was talking about but they said NO. We are thinking of upping it, I want to now but DH is playing hard to get. The address is 77 Howe st Miners Rest if anyone can be bothered looking it up on the internet. It's really old but big and I love it. I WANT it. NOW. Bloody DH. Although he was nice yesterday when I was crying for nothing, took the kids out to a dinner I was supposed to go to as well and I got about 21/2 hours of blessed peace which I GREATLY appreciated. Well that's enough rambling, must go and get my pork curry happening! xx Rachel.

LAM Well niether of us are officaily divorced yet (only 12 days to go!) And His ex is being a b**ch plus our house is not really set up for 5 kids its 4 at a strech unless we put baby outside lol.
I am super super clucky but we have decided that we will TTC but probably not for another 2 yrs so its a downer but at least I got something to look foward too.

LISA You are closer to Divorce than me, though DP has been for years. I cant apply until June 8th I think- must check that!
And I have a 3 bedroom house, and a study so all rooms are taken with my kids, study too, so we are seriously stretched for room when DP's kids stay on their weekends. Gonna move boys in together (my two), freeing one room, DP's daughter will stay in there and we are going to buy a caravan for DP's son which is okay as he is 16 and for one night a FT and he isn't a hermit like is sister is. Then down the track, all going well we will extend my place, which will become his place too as we will change title, him chipping in his share, especially if we have another!! But bub will room in for 8 omths t least, so 9months preggers, 8 months or more with me, have time!
I guess we are lucky DP's kids are older and have option of a van to accomodate one of them in the short term.
HOPE Wonder when you were booked in for the c/section! Hope all went well with the little fella- known as??

LAM you've got it all figured out! How's that 2ww going?
LISA still up for that meet?
Hello Manhattan and Pads! not much sleep here either Pads, no baby of course waking me just the old pregnancy insomnia and restless legs preparing me for the squawking

. Must be off and read my illiterate (and mute) 2 year old a book xx Rachel.

06/05/2010, 09:07 PM
Ah Pads just a bit of a joke, Bells talks a lot but you can't understand much of it!! The maternal and child health nurse wants to 'refer me on' to someone (speech pathologist?) as apparently she should be talking more but I think she's just fine. We'll see how we go! How's bubba? xx.

Congratulations Hope and family! How wonderful, welcome to the world baby Owen. Remember to get in as many cuddles as you can. Oh, I love a new bubba!
Rach - those MCHNs like to stir things up, don't they! I am sure Bells is going well, she was just perfect when I saw her last. Bubba is great thanks, I am just trying to remind myself to enjoy him rather than get stressed and tired about everything going on around me. At the moment everyone is out of the house, it's just him and me and that is absolute bliss. How is your little man? Kicking hard?

Rachel, my 2YO says "dark" and "yuck" and calls everybody "Mum" and that's about it.

My eldest used sign language and squeaked for the first 2 years of his life, and my 2nd didn't utter a peep until one day when he just started speaking in full sentences. And now you can't shut either of them up!
