myboys!
~3boysmummy~- I just re read my post...don't think mine don't fight - they certainly have their moments!!!

Talking about aldi, I have recently become a fan. It's so much cheaper. Although I am still having to get things from Coles so am now doing a double shop which is pretty time consuming.

Quick question - When DS3 talks he is not very clear. We usually know what he's saying but not many others can work it out. Is anyone else having this issue?
cassi8
I don't think its an issue at all, perfectly normal. We can't always understand what N is saying half the time either.

Hello everyone! I havnt been on eb for a long long time.. but just came on and saw that there is a few old faces (names) from preg group. My names Rose im 24 and my son Elijah is 19 months..

Would be nice to hear how all the babys are going? Elijah is a real cutie and is amazing me every day! very cheeky too...

the only thing im a tiny bit worryed about is him not speaking a lot yet.. he can say things but then wont say them again.. he will grunt and point or cry for things he wants so i guess he doesnt see the need to say a lot yet.. I wasnt really worryed about it untill my dr said something. So just wondering how all the bubs are going with it?

The last few months have been pretty hectic for me.. but we just found out we are exspecting our 2nd baby in nov.. so pretty exciting and nice having soemthing to look foward too biggrin.gif

waves.gif bellacinta! Nice to hear form you. I hope you are all well. So very exciting to be expecting number 2. N is speaking a lot but I know there are a few bubs in here that aren't speaking much, if at all. I wouldn't be worried too much about it yet. original.gif

calling SEEPI!!!

how are you? haven't heard from you in a bit. How are you feeling?
seepi
hehe = here I am. Instant response!

Actually I have a bad cold, so not feeling so good.

Other than that all is well here. Still sleeping well and no pains or anything. I still feel like I have ages to go.
I just really want at least one relaxing week by myself at home, without coughing my guts up, before this baby arrives.

Fingers crossed next week is my week.
alimumof3
glad to hear you're ok seepi! thought perhaps you'd popped early!

Its common to get bad colds at the end of pg isn't it? i know a few people that have. or perhaps just coincidence? lol.

hope you have a nice week this week, glad you're not in pain and sleeping well. original.gif
beaglebaby
Yep, make sure you shake that cold off before bubs decides to come Seepi. Who are you going to let know after the big event? Lara? Someone has to tell us biggrin.gif

Hi Bellacinta, nice to see you again! I went to a talk by a speech pathologist last year and she said that 18months - 2years is the big explosion in language, so not to get too stressed before they are 2. If they still aren't talking much talk to your child health nurse about a referral to a speech pathologist then.

It's late - I'm off to bed!
~3boysmummy~
Oh, Cassie you must try the Baci's. They are yum yum!!! hehehe. I don't know if you remember me saying I am working for my cousin make chocolate bouquets? But they use them in the bouquets and I am forever looking for broken or damaged ones I can eat!! hehehe. Not a good job when you are on a diet. rolleyes.gif

Bad colds at the end of the pregnancy, I got a real bad one at the end with Cam and ended up on steriods etc.

Speech, Cam speaks heaps but my 2nd (Matt) didn't speak till after 2. I mean he barely said 2 words then one day he just started speaking. It was very weird but they say also very common in boys. Now he is the biggest chatterbox. You can't stop him laughing2.gif

Love to you all! hheart.gif

Hi everyone original.gif

Welcome back Bellacinta! As the others said I wouldn't be worried about Elijah's speech yet. We have a little boy in mothers group who is 21 months and hardly says any words. Congrats on your #2 biggrin.gif.

Seepi - I hope you get your healthy week this week! It must suck being so heavily pregnant and sick.

3boys - what a perfect job! It must be torture having to look at chocolate all day and not being able to eat it...
~Elliesmum~
I was going to post but common sense says I should do dinner instead LOL

hope everyone is well, I've been down with a cold and hayfever but hope tomorrow will be better!
beaglebaby
Hayfever at this time of year is rotten Elliesmum, maybe I'd better send you some antihistamines, DH brought some home for me when I had hayfever forgetting I can't take them while breastfeeding ddoh.gif
~Elliesmum~

Just checking in to see where SEEPI is and if she has had the baby yet!
laraq75
Seepi - are you out there somewhere? Do you have somebody's number to let us know when you have had the baby.
seepi
No baby yet. People are amazed when I tell them I am due next week, cos I still look 'so well' apparently. OB/scan did say baby is on the small side. Maybe that is why I still dont' feel like I'm about to have a baby.

I've been feeling great, but I took DD and my Dad on a huge walk the other day with her bike, and my legs are still sore. I feel fine if I take it easy, but there is still so much to do. I did heaps of cleaning today though - and feel a bit on the cranky side - maybe I am close after all. And last night was the first night I woke up in the night for no reason.

If it was jasper he would have been born by now (he came 2 weeks early). DD was right on time though.

Lara - pm me yr number and I'll let you know - but I'm not technically due til 15 May. OB appt tomorrow. We'll see what he thinks.

We are still going around in circles with a name too.... I think we will end up with a J name. I guess it doesn't matter so much when you have a boy and girl with the same initial - for getting letters and stuff?
littlemumma
How exciting Seepi, not long now. We are looking forward to the wonderful news. I wouldn't worry about two J names....my two nephews both have an L name and it doesn't matter at all, both names are completely different.

Good luck original.gif
alimumof3
i'm excited too seepi! I want to know all about 3 young kids too.. you'll have to help me with all your advice original.gif
i dont think it matters about the J letters eitehr. no big deal IMO.
melaniejasmin
Yay, Seepi! good to see you around original.gif

good luck for the next week, get lots of rest.

looking forward to hearing the good news....!

Hello, I haven't been in for a while...too much testostorone in the house!
I have Raf moaning next to me because he is bored and wants to watch TV and Leo is looking through R school bag!...till he notices!
Sasha & Valentino are at school keeping busy.

Thats all I can manage -head is spinning!

Busy, busy, busy, ahhhhhhhhhhhh!!!!!

No time for me these days...or money! sad.gif

They are starting to help but its very little atm. Dishwasher some times, coffee-sometimes, still too much laziness on the boys part. Mum can you bring me a spoo/straw/plate etc....things they don't need help with.
Trying to get a routine for before & after school they can follow to remember to do things themselves!

Anyway, sorry to waffle on...won't be able to p[ost for a while so......
see you again later on...
Bel Rowley
Thanks for the update Seepi! I also don't think it matters about the two J names. My cousins are S, K and S (girl, girl, boy) and they've never had problems.
