Hi,
I'm looking for a really good toner to tighten up my pores and a mask to cleanse/refine, what do you recomend??? I'm not sure where to start and dont want to waste money 'trying' products, I would rather go with what I know works....
I've got combination skin and some open pore on my nose..
Thanks heaps!

Hi, my favourite toner is Dove Essential Nutrients.
This one:
Dove toner. It doesn't contain alcohol so didn't burn like some do, or sting my eyes.
For face mask I like Avon Anew Alpha Peel-off mask. Also, Avon Clearskin mud mask.
Both were gentle but effective.

I use Garnier PureA, and I used to use dermalogica (but got too expensive. I would suggest going into to your beautician and asking them what they recommend (if you have one that you know wont sell you their products only). Remember, what may work for one person may not work for you.

Hi thanks heaps for that! I will check them out! I'm looking for a mask that will even up my skin tone and help tighten pores as well as a bit of anti aging thrown in for good measure!! I dont want much do I? I'm just feeling a bit tired and frumpy being prego and want to pamper myself!!! Thanks again!

Hi
If you have an AVON lady in the area, I would recommend their Clearskin range. I have been using it since I was a teenager and am 36 now, and it is great and not expensive at all. They have specials on for their toner / astringent 2 for $12, and all the other stuff from their Clearskin range too.
It really works, give it a go !

Skin Juice is fabulous, a little bit more for the initial outlay but saves me money as you only need a little bit. You can shop on line now which I love at:
SkinJuice.com.au
It is an Australian family owned company with a really ethical focus and natural ingredients.
I first tried their 'Mummy's Tummy' when I was pregnant which was the ONLY thing that stopped the itching. And am now totally addicted!! I've never found a range like it.

I've just started using a Planet Health rejuvenation mask called Silica Skin+CoQ10, absolutely love it & very reasonably priced at $23, available from health stores & chemists. Skin feels silky smooth afterwards & looks very clear & has an even skintone.
