My hair is in serious need of some deep conditioning!
After months of Hair straightening, it needs a good leave in conditioner or treatment I think.
What are your favourites?

L'Oreal Absolut Repair - I have blonde curly hair that I straighten and this is great.

Agreed. love it and worth it

I like Fudge Dynamite..smells sooo good and leaves the hair feeling really soft. It isn't a leave in one though, this one needs to be rinsed out.

Terax (Ultra Moisturizing Conditioner) is brilliant and can also be used as a hair mask - just leave in for 15-20 minutes before rinsing out.

Available at David Jones. wink.gif

The best I've ever used (since I was about 19 - now nearly 40!) is the Cinta Sun+Sea+Sport Intensive Treatment.

I used to wash my hair, not condition, then hop out of the shower and towel dry till my hair was as dry as I could get it with the towel. Then spread about 2 x tablespoons of this Intensive Treatment all through my hair, comb it through, then sleep in it.

After rinsing water through it in the morning, my hair was absolutely magnificent - and smelled divine too.

And it's cheap - about $6.00 or $7.00 for a 150ml tube.

I really like the loreal royal jelly range (yellow packs), avail from supermarkets. the mask is awesome and not too expensive and the overnight treatment does wonders. I had major dye damage and a lot of damage and this has really improved my hair and is quite easy on the budget.

Trichovedic HydroSpa Deep Therapy Treatment Masque. You can get it from hairdressers. It is made with Shea butter, jojoba and macadamia oils. Smells fabulous and is sooo moisturising.

My Hairdresser told me this

Full Fat Mayonaise - slather it on your hair and cover in glad wrap - leave on for about 2 - 3 hours. - much cheaper than all these chemicals

Works a treat. It does make sense when you think about it - Mayo is made of eggs and proteind and other goodies - just make sure you label it in the fridge - hubby is not happy when he opens the jar for his sandwich and finds my long frizzy hair through it.

NB - dont leave it overnight - the smell will get you and DH wanting to hurl by morning

Enjoy

A cup of Olive oil, 3 tablespoons of avocado oil and one egg. Mix them together in the blender, it begins to look like mayonnaise. Use half in your hair and leave for an hour with a shower cap on, wash out with a good shampoo, repeat again the following day with the other half.

I've been hearing about Terax for years and not known where to get it, thanks! Is it expensive?
