I have an exfoliating washer thing(about the size of a handtowel) that I bought for a couple of dollars at the supermarket, I use it with whatever cleanser or soap I'm using at the time and it works brilliantly, much cheaper than buying specific exfoliating soaps all the time

I love the St Ives Apricot Scrub. You can get it from Coles, Priceline, etc....

google body scrub recipe. Really really easy to make and quite good. Basically raw sugar, refined sugar and a scent/oil of your choice. There are salt versions too.

I use Aapri apricot body scrub. I wanted something quite gritty and this stuff is perfect, even on my face.
I've been using it for around 10 years, about once a week and can't recommend it enough.
It's about $6 a tube.

Is it for your whole body or just your face? If it is a for your face then I can HIGHLY recommend this:
http://www.asapskinproducts.com/I went to a Dermatologist about 12 months ago and he put me onto it. It has really helped my skin. It lasts for ages bc you use the smallest of amounts.

I have ridiculously sensitive skin, and rosacea as well. Lucky me!
I use the Redwin Sorbolene exfoliator, and the cleanser too. I'm a bit of a makeup snob

, but these 2 cheapie products are awesome!
About $5 from Priceline, Woolies etc.
I've switched heaps of my friends over, they all love them too.

Sukin make a great Paraben & SLS Free Scrub that's only $10. My beauty therapist also suggested the baking soda trick too.
I have tried expensive Jurlique and Kosmea scrubs and the Sukin one is great.

You are kidding, right?
I use Aapri Cream Cleanser, in the shower with a face towel under hot water. It opens the pores and gives you a nice deep cleanse.

caster sugar and olive oil.
As an added bonus, dogs will chase you.
I second the whole sugar and oil mix. Cheapest you will find. Castor or brown sugar both work and you can mix in some honey or even some oatmeal (from the grocery or healthfood store).
I purchase oil (jojoba) and clay from these guys www.newdirections.com.au to make the stuff I use. I make a dry one with oatmeal, clay, and seaweed for my face. I keep a tub of it in the shower, pour a little on my hand and mix it to a paste with water and for my body I use brown sugar, honey, jojoba oil, and some essential oils all mixed up.

I swear by the Biore Detoxifying Daily Scrub, it makes my very sensitive skin gleam! It's about $10 at priceline, safeway etc. Love it
