I am keen to hear all your 'secrets' for growing hair long. Mine has always been shoulder length. My diet and exercise are not a problem. But what are your tried and tested secrect home remedies that you have used and would like to share with those whose hair just never grows!

As far as i know, hair groth is an individual thing, on average 1/2 mm per day. Patience may be the only right answer.

I grew mine from neck length to bra strap length in the nine months while pregnant. I didn't have one single hair cut. Now i've had two hair cuts in the past year to straighten up the bottom, and these small trims have stopped my hair growing any longer, i guess i was cutting off any new length i was growing, so now thats it straight and neat, i won't cut it for maybe another 12 months.
