HI everyone, probably a bit TMI, but wondering, I have been on Motillium since last Thursday in order to increase my supply for my twins, (one is being part breast fed, part formula but the goal is to have them both excl;usively BF)

This morning after my shower, both breast started leaking quite a bit. I got a bottle and just hand expressed a bit off, and got more than I had been getting with the pump! (still not much, but a bit!!)

Could this be a good sign that my supply is getting better?

Lets be positive, yes, why not, it could certainly be very positive sign, breasts ? feeling fuller, leaking (it's not essential, some women with excellent supply never leak), and you could hand express out more.
Sounds good, keep up the good work, early days still. Are you seeing the LC tonight, perhaps write a list of questions for her!
All the best.
