my poor right breast does not seem too happy at all.....firstly it suffered bad cracking/damage but that has been rectified and healed now and we were feeding well....now today I have this sharp pain underneath the breast. There are no lumps that I can feel.

Any ideas on what it might be? I am going to try and get into my GP this week, but in the meantime I am hoping it settles or someone might be able to suggest something to try

I have had a similar pain from an ill-fitting bra - even though there was no underwire, the bottom seam was pressing into my breast and made me really sore.

I find heat packs and massage are good for all sorts of breast soreness, even if there no obvious lump or red area?

Hope it improves soon original.gif
