who else has the west belco milko delivering? (this is the new one after the old one did a runner laughing2.gif )

is it just us or are they totally bloody useless at getting orders right? they just left us our old order which we changed a month or two ago, and we reckon they've only got our order right about 50% of the time, usually they run out of what we've ordered because we're near the end of the run wacko.gif

i've just sent a biting-my-tongue type email asking that they make sure our orders are up to date but quite frankly this is their last chance and i won't be so nice if i have to write to cancel. why pay a premium for something that isn't what we've asked for????? rant.gif

virtually every week honky donkey? when they're being paid to provide a particular service and at least half the time they stuff it up?

HonkyDonkey, I am sure everyone makes mistakes, but if it's happening constantly then maybe they need to re think how they run their business.

Brazen, how long have they been the new milko? Maybe give it a few more weeks, you have notified them of your unhappiness, if there is no change then it's time to cancel your orders.

Hate to say it but this was the problem we had with our milko here in Weston Creek, and they had been doing these runs for years. It got to the point that we would give them so much notice when we didn't need a delivery (if we were going to be away) that we would have to get our neighbour to check and collect if they had still delivered. In the end we had no choice but to discontinue the deliveries as they kept messing up our orders too.

Once in a blue moon is inconvenient but can be tolerated. Every one or two weeks is downright silly.

tasha, i'm sure they've been coming since last year, so it's a while. i know there's been once or twice where i stuffed up (ie: i wasn't clear in what i wanted) but given that time was followed up with talking to the guys who deliver as well as emailing i'm not sure how they managed to go back to an order that's a month or more out of date!!

anyway, apart from wanting a vent LOL i also wanted to know if it was happening to anyone else with the same milko (and i'm not going to say the name) or whether it's just us!
