is it just us or are they totally bloody useless at getting orders right? they just left us our old order which we changed a month or two ago, and we reckon they've only got our order right about 50% of the time, usually they run out of what we've ordered because we're near the end of the run
i've just sent a biting-my-tongue type email asking that they make sure our orders are up to date but quite frankly this is their last chance and i won't be so nice if i have to write to cancel. why pay a premium for something that isn't what we've asked for?????
