The Canberra Midwifery Program is having its yearly Christmas Picnic on Friday 2nd December, at Weston Park, from 11am to around 2pm. BYO. It is open to all past and future mums&bubs on the Program.

Not sure exactly which part of the park it will be located at - anyone who knows can post up!

Last year the picnic was just opposite where the model railway is.

I will hopefully get there - DD was born in the Birth Centre and if we have another bub plan to use CMP again!

I might have to take a long lunch break and take DS along. He was born there and I hope any future one(s) can be born there too.

Thanks for clarifying location Steph!

Muppet: Don't know if it's just for the past years babies or not... DD was born the day after last yr's picnic, so we'll be trying to get to this one even if just for a short drop-in. Apparently they do a big photo of all the year's babies! Will be so cute to see all these lovely CMP babies there!

Do I sound clucky for another baby at the CMP? wink.gif

Alex.

Hi,

The Midwives from CMP have been trying to contact /or ring people who had babies this year to remind them about Friday's picnic. It's definately being held near the minature railway at Weston Park. The fundraising calendar of baby pics will also be on sale.
Cheers ClaretACT
