I am after a good doctor in gungahlin. I have a great doctor in Tuggeranong but it is too far to travel. It took us 60 minutes to get there this morning and we were only in there 15 minutes!

I am currently pregnant so if anyone has had any positive experiences it would great to hear about them.

TIA

We see Dr Ranji Perera at the Gungahlin Health Centre. She is absolutely lovely. I have been seeing her for this pregnancy so far and she is easy to talk to and understanding, have also taken Brenna to her with no issues. original.gif

we see tim watson or ranji perera at gungahlin too. there is also another female doctor at that surgery, with an indian-ish type name who was really lovely with the kids (and they liked her too).

I see Sandy Viketosat the Palmerston Medical Centre, she was recommended to me by my midwife. I think she is excellent. I couldn't reccomend her high enough, she is always really lovely, and great with my DS who is only just over 2 months.

We also use Tim Watson and he is great also. They are also opened on Saturday and Sunday morning as well which is great.

I see Sandy Viketos at Palmeston also and she is just lovely. I also take the kids to Dr Michael Gan down there and he is great too. I think they charge $45 dollars which is fairly reasonable these days and you never feel rushed, which is surprising because you generally get in fairly close to your appointment time.

Thank you everyone for your input!

I will be doing a call around tomorrow to try and find a new one. I love my old doctor and she was great with our girls but it is just to far to travel!

Thanks again!

And another vote for Dr Viketos. We very rarely need to see a doctor, but when we do, she's always lovely and competent.
