Is your DD currently at a long day care centre? At my DD's centre they drop the children at preschool and pick them up so they spend the time before and after preschool being cared for at the centre. Maybe this is an option for you?
Otherwise, maybe have a look at FDC. I know they cater for children after preschool/school by picking them up and taking them back to their houses.
There is also the option of a private nanny/after school carer. I used to do this for school children. Pick them up from school, take them home and stay with them until mum/dad came home from work.

You could use FDC. They have before/after school care available.
