Sizzler that is.
WE are heading up to visit your lovely area in the Christmas holidays and we remebered that there used to be a Sizzler in Belconnan years ago and DH asked me to find out if it is still there.
Oh and what does everyone think of Questacon. Is it suitable to take 4 yr olds to.

Correct me if I'm wrong but I think Sizzler in Belconnen closed down a couple of years ago. As for Questacon, there is a section of it specifically fo youngsters called Mini Q - haven't been there as yet but I hear it's good.

Indeed, Sizzler closed down. It is now a Blockbuster Video Store.

As for Questacon, I think a 4 year old would LOVE IT! Yes, Mini Q is great (even for babies) but the main part of Questacon is very suitable for a 4 year old too. The 2 year old I used to nanny for adored it.

The old Sizzler building is now a Blockbluster video place. I dont think there is a Sizzler left anywhere in Canberra.
Questacon, your 4 yr old will LOVE all of it. There is nothing that they cant touch so it really is a lot of fun for them and for you because you can relax.

Thanks so much guys. I havn't been to Canberra since before kids which is why I was so behind the times on Sizzler. Oh well I think they are as rara as hems teeth and that will teach DH not to take me to the one we saw in QLD.
Thanks for the heads up on Questacon we have decided not to go to scienceWorks in Melb so we will make Questacon a days outing I think.
