I have found that my DS has been sleeping alot better at night since the weather has warmed up. Is this just co incidence or are other people finding that their children are doing the same?
I have also been giving him a banana smoothie before bed aswell as he is a fussy eater, so maybe that has helped aswell.

banana smoothie is the perfect before bed snack - the milk has the chemical that helps him sleep and the protein in the banana stops his tummy from feeling empty too quickly.

LOVE the Banana Smoothie trick!!!

DS is also sleeping well at night, not waking up at all till 6-7am! Although she has just gotten over being sick and teething so maybe that's part of the reason too!

Luv, Amanda
