Hi,
We have decided to call our baby boy Ethan Nikolaas Alan.
Ethan is just a name we like, Nikolaas is DH's name (spelt the same, it's dutch) and Alan is after my godfather (uncle) who passed away of cancer when he was 28

I'd just appreciate some feedback

Thanks.
There's too many Ns for my liking. I do like the names on their own though. I would keep looking for another first name just because it sounds awkward having all three names beginning or ending in N

I think it is a great name, and the names flow really well together.

I think it flows quite well and I think it is lovely using mn's with meaning. Ethan is quite popular at the moment, I know a handful already (says me with a DS called Lachlan

).

Beautiful name - but I have an Ethan so maybe I am biased.
All of the Ethan's I have met or heard of have always been really sweet and gentle.
The middle names are nice too

Sounds fine to me. As for the too many "n's" how weird...

I like Ethan Nikolass by itself.
How about Nikolass Alan? Even though it's DH name as well, there is nothing wrong with naming a son after his father.

I think it sounds great.
I have an Ethan and it is popular, but I think its great for a boy and a man and you can't shorten it. Although there is one woman that calls him Ethie....

I really like the name (and not just because I have an Ethan

)
We call our Ethan 'Ethie' sometimes
