Ok, so I have a 4 year old that has decided she has a 'delicate' palette, and a 19month old who thinks he is ProHart..

Anyone care to share with me ideas for the meals you cook that your family cannot resist? Please? (I am running out of patience, oh, and paper towel for cleaning the mess ...) blink.gif

My 2.5yr ld is a good eater but here are her favourites (though they are a bit boring for adults):

any type of pasta original.gif

chicken schnitzel

'rice castles' (with anything ie chicken curry etc) - cooked rice squashed into a gladwrapped lined small contained and made into a castle they then eat (remove gladwrap obviously original.gif )

bolognase

salmon or other fish cakes (they are involved in prep original.gif )

but mainly i find the more involved DD1 is in preparation the better she is at trying things and eating properly.

SHe peels onions and 'makes' patty's and passes me veges and helps me choose the ones she will like at the supermarket ie 'here's the apple with the funny dimple you chose to eat...'

good luck original.gif
