WiseEyes

miniminor
I am here but not for long have to finish packing for our trip to surfers ph34r.gif Have to be up at 4am unsure.gif blink.gif
dolcevita
I'm here, with my jacks and coke.

I'm bummed though, so may not be very good company.

I had a date last night with a guy at work I've been chasing for ages, had a nice night, but I get the feeling he's not very interested.

He was such a gentleman, and so sweet, which makes me like him even more. unsure.gif wacko.gif
WiseEyes
Awww PB thats no good, do u think you may atleast have another date?
Blish
OK girls, I'm going to admit

I know that the Sat means Saturday and the Ni means Night and the Bar means bar

And I'm guessing the fem means females only????

But what does the Dru mean?

I've seen the bar on here a million times and have never thought to ask....
By the way, I don't drink alcohol, so can I have a chocolate milkshake?
dolcevita
He said he would like to go out again. Dunno if it's just the politeness talk though, or some sort of other guy speak. wacko.gif
WiseEyes

Hi everyone

What has everyone got planned for tomorrow??? Me, I will probably just do some washing in the morning, may take the dogs for a walk to get the papers... I will have to bath both the dogs - they stink, been rolling in the organic stuff (organic stuff = poo lol) I put on the garden... Why are dogs so feral!!!

I will spend a great deal of the day playing with DD, as I am back at work on Monday - yuck... my short week this week though - only 2 days... Thank Goodness. We may do some finger painting and some gardening - my DD LOVES being outside, where she can walk around and discover things. She is only 10 months old but is so interested in the world - will sit and watch an ant run on the cement etc. for ages, I love watching her discover new things.

I will do the normal Sunday night thing (DH is working) so I will do a bit of scrapbooking, watch Biggest Loser, 60 mins, Greys Anatomy then Brothers and Sister - It is the only night of the week I watch telly... LOL I make up for not watching it during the week hey!!!

So what has everyone else got planned for their Sunday...

Oh Yeah, I would love a coffee and piece of cake.... mmmm
Crazymum2Crazykids
Hey I am back for the second night whats happening girls

I go to work at midnight sunday night so I will be sleeping for a few hours before I go
sophplus1
Seems to be very very quiet, this is the first time I have come in here to have a look...
Crazymum2Crazykids
It was more lively last night firsttimemum2be.
WiseEyes
Hey Crazy how was your day today?
Crazymum2Crazykids
Hey Wise, It was pretty good, just got back from having a yummy dinner for our 5th wedding annivesary today.
sophplus1
Happy 5th Wedding Anniversary!!! I am dieing to go out for dinner, we haven't been out since DD was born over 10 months ago - - slack I know. I often think though, if I was going out for dinner tonight - what would I have??? It is not that we don't want to go out, it is just that we moved to a small town about year ago, and it maybe has 6 places you can eat at... Most of them pubs... Not really my thing.

We are going away on hols in August and cannot wait to be dinning out every night...

So what did you have for dinner???
Crazymum2Crazykids
We really haven't been out alone in 5 yrs, I had roasted garlic bread and a snapper fillets with some bacon, soy and other things it was so yummy and had chocolate and Honey cone cheese cake with macadamia nut ice cream, had few bourbons as well laughing2.gif
sophplus1
Yum, Yum and Yum!!!!

Macadamia Nut Ice Cream - I don't really like Ice Cream but that sound sooo good...

Wow, I can't believe how quiet it is in here... I have seen it occasionally with heaps of people having a chat, is it usually just somewhere to come and have a chat with others about whatever??
Crazymum2Crazykids
Last night was great but tonight seems to be dead, I dont normally come in as I am normally at work and dont get home till now so I cant answer to what the norm is.
WiseEyes
Crazy that sounds delish grin.gif glad it was good

Hmm wonder where Kaysee is tonight (DartsDragon)??

So tomorrow i have to clean up the house and the fridge, i have packed the suitcase and sorted the bills oooh im getting nervous
sophplus1
WiseEyes Where are you heading for you holiday??
Crazymum2Crazykids
Your sig says you are going to NSW where in NSW wise eyes?

I wonder where Kaysee is too blink.gif
WiseEyes
Ds and i are flying to Cooloangatta and then staying with my Dad in Murwillumbah (10 mins south of Cooloangatta i think lol)

I am going to take DS to some theme parks and the currumbin sanctuary oh and do something special with my dad as its his birthday may 9th
Crazymum2Crazykids
Sounds like a great plan
sophplus1
I used to live in Currumbin... Sounds like you are going to have a action packed holiday with the theme parks and currumbin bird sanctuary...

I enjoyed living on the coast - just a bit too crowded for me... LOL!!!

Is your son getting excited?? Which theme parks are you going to visit??
Crazymum2Crazykids
I live near Newcastle and it is a bit crowded for me laughing2.gif
joykey
Hiya, too late for me to join? Are we still here or is it all dying?
Crazymum2Crazykids
joykey waves.gif Hey there
sophplus1
Yeah, I much prefer the quiet... Uncrowded... Lived in cities for too long I think.

I could quite happily live in the middle of nowhere... My DH calls me a frustrated hippy LOL!!!

I have never been to Newcastle, I may have been once when I was little, bit don't really remember it... Do you like it there???
WiseEyes
Hey Joy come on in grin.gif

Thanks yep DS is getting excited I am definitely taking him to Dreamworld but i dont know which other one to take him too. Lol he keeps asking how many sleeps to go wub.gif
Crazymum2Crazykids
I live closer to Maitland but when I go to Newcastle like tonight for dinner I enjoyed it. I dont mind living here, moved from Tamworth where I was 16 yrs and it was a rude shock been here, I have had to drive a lot more aggressively.
joykey
Hiya CrazyMum - glad your dinner went well, sounds scrummy.

Pacificblue - sorry to hear you don't feel so confident about your date. He could have been nervous, thought, don't forget.

ETA: Wise Eyes - a toothache just before your holiday? Are you going to try to see someone before you go? It would be horrible to be in pain the whole time.
WiseEyes
oK girlies im off to bed to try and get some shut eye..i want to be well for my holiday (damn kidney infection rant.gif )

Ok well have fun and ill see you guys around the board grin.gif

Nite
sophplus1
How cute, counting the sleeps... sounds like you will have a great time. Dreamworld is great for kids. I haven't been for years, but it was my pick. The last time i went it was when the polar bears just arrived, I stood there a bawled cry1.gif , they were beautiful - My Dh was so embarrased, he told me to pull myself together - that people were looking at me. LOL!! I wasn't doing the ugly cry, just had tears. I am a bit emotional like that, cry at stupid things on the TV - ads even. LOL!!!
Crazymum2Crazykids
I love the polar bears too! We went there for our honey moon and I had a ball! wub.gif

Nite wise! Hope you are feeling better soon.
WiseEyes
Hey Joy nah im not going to see anyone in a hurry ph34r.gif it has been there for about a year only plays up every so often but i promise i will go wheni get back

ok and which other world is good, my sis says movie world but others are saying sea world
joykey
firsttimemum2be - animals do it to me all the time - make me cry that is. There's something so vulnerable about them.
sophplus1
I hear you with the aggressive driving, when I moved to Brisbane, I had to learn how to drive all over again LOL!!! My parents would come up and visit, and they used to s*&t themselves with my driving - very funny looking back.

Tamworth, wow, I bet there is a huge difference in the roads lol.

So is it getting cold there?? It is getting colder here, we got down to about 8 degress last night...
joykey
No help at all with the "worlds", sorry Donna - only ever went to Movie World and that was years ago. I have heard really good things about Sea World though.
sophplus1
I would go Seaworld over Movieworld - Movieworld was a bit overrated for me... Didn't enjoy it at all. But that is just me, others may love it...
Crazymum2Crazykids
I didnt go much on movie world.... pretty plain and bare but that is just me. I enjoyed seaworld and dream world more and if I go to QLD again I will be taking my kids to seaworld and Australia Zoo.

Not too bad here it is getting cool some people have lit fires but we havent yet, only just put fannelet sheets on the bed today.
EDZ
Hi Girls, I've never been in the bar before, is it ok if I join in?
sophplus1
joykey - I am a huge softie when it comes to animals. I will agree with you there's something so vulnerable about them. That RSPCA show sends me to pieces...

Do you have any pets???

Crazy - I would love to have a fireplace... I really wanted one, but when we bought this house, unfortunately it didn't have one. I love sitting back and looking at fires, kind of relaxes me, bit like looking a fish tanks iykwim.

I have never been to Australia Zoo, but we are planning on going later on this year. We will take DD with us, she is a bit too young, she won't remember it, but it is somewhere we have been wanting to go for a while.
joykey
Please do, heather-elizabeth, it's a tad quiet here tonight so don't take tonight as typical. Welcome!
sophplus1
Hey heather-elizabeth - this is my first time too...
