hi everyone,
I am just wondering if any of you out there want a free personal trainer? or no of any one who does? I am after a few practice clients, I am studying PT and need just a few people to practice on, It wouldnt be as full on as having a proper paid personal trainer, but it would be of benefit to any one wanting to improve their training age. Please let me no if you are interested, or no anybody who is, any age or gender.

I currently do Taekwondo 3 times a week, am 'reasonably' fit, however do have quite a few extra baby kilos to shed. And any extra help on that would be much appreciated.

im looking to run a program that best suits the individual and there goals.
Because of the interest by everyone i may not be able to do everyone straight away,but will still need people later, i will only train ppl for a couple of sessions,a few weeks, hope this is ok with you all
