Although Phoebe was on our list I would go with Imogen to get away from the "F" sound of Freya.
And Lucus, with option of Lu or Luke for NN because your other boys all have names that can be shortened to the first syllable. Although I love Oscar as a name-not fond of Ozzie as NN.

Phoebe is nice, but Imogen would be my top girl pick.
Boys - can't decide - Oscar and Lucas both very nice.
Love your taste in names.

The Oscar that we know is called O or Ozzie.
I would avoid Imogen as it seems to be quite popular ATM.

From your boys names I love Lucas, so that is definitely my pick. I dislike Oscar.
I love both your girls names but would choose Imogen as personally I see Freya and Phoebe as being a bit too close.
