You may be 42 but you could have the FitnessAge of a 64 year old - Know It - Lower It!

Anyone over the age of 18 and lives/works in the ACT can enter the Inaugural Canberra FitnessAge Challenge. Participants must be 18 or over and sign an informed consent for exercise and testing.

Registration is only AUD$50 for this 10-week event and includes a pre- and post FitnessAge assessment, access to weekly seminars, and a t-shirt. Participating health and fitness organisations will also be offering various promotions throughout the Challenge period.
