i don't think the nn is too bad, but personally I wouldn't do it. To me I would put it in the category of John Johnson etc

Hey Fifi-Trixibelle -- I'm glad you like Alice!

I don't think there's a problem with it. Famous people have changed their names to make it sound different/catchy or memorable. I personally would see if there are any other names out there that I like but if there's nothing and you keep going back to that then it was probably meant to be?

Sorry, I think it's too close. fifi-trixibelle has made some great alternative suggestions.

I tend not to base my decisions on what 'famous people' do. If we all did that, Colombia would have the world's strongest economy...

I feel it is way too close as well! What are your other children's names? Is Simone a similar style?

oh well i guess i will give it a miss then.
my other kids are Antonia, Gabriella and Henry.
what do you think of Cadence? (Cady for a nn) any suggestions for a middle name to go with it? i thought Olivia but i am obsessed with meanings of names and Olivia just didn't cut it in the meanings department for me. fussy huh? any other suggestions for names that go well with what we have already? baby is a girl btw

oh and i have a neice called Keeley so that is out as well.

I wouldn't personally use Cadence but its ok and goes well with your other children's names. I really like Olivia though but it ends the same as Antonia so I personally would not use them for siblings.
How about Cadence Olivia? It sounds nice.
Other middle names:
Cadence Estelle
Cadence Audrey
Cadence Eloise
Cadence Zara
Cadence Alana/Alannah
Cadence Isabelle
Cadence Lillian
Cadence Juliet
Cadence Amelia
Cadence Madeleine
Cadence Sascha
Cadence Claire
Cadence Violet
Cadence Elizabeth
Cadence Arabelle
Cadence Elise
