We're going to watch the balloons tomorrow morning and want to go for breakfast afterwards - will anywhere be open (apart from the Outpost Cafe)? Or should we BBQ sausages at Black Mountain Peninsula? original.gif

I think quite a few of the cafe's in Civic are open because of the Dawn service. Zeff's is definately open cause we are going there.

Enjoy the balloons... :-)

Places at Manuka maybe?

I know Tulips Cafe in Pialligo is open from 6am as they had signs on the table when I took the kids there for a play and afternoon tea today.

When we went to the Dawn Service a few years back, we went to Charmers in Manuka after the service (I think they opened at 6.00am), but we did have to book as obviously a few other people had the same idea.

Think from memory they weren't the only ones open though.
