Hi all,
As the title says really, we have are pretty much decided on:
Xander Thomas
and
Lacey Therease
I would love your input though!

I much prefer Xander as a nickname for Alexander, but it's not terrible. Thomas is great.
I detest Lacey. I like Therese. Why are you misspelling it?
Would you consider Alexander Thomas and Lucy Therese?

The spelling of Therease is actually how my mothers middle name is spelt as well two other family members.
TBH DH really doesn't like Lucy.

Xander Thomas is nice but I do prefer Xander as a nickname to Alexander.
I really dislike Lacey and I'm not keen on Therese either.

I know you've already posted, but here goes anyway.
Your boy's name is fine. Like others, I do prefer Xander as a nickname to Alexander, but not a bad choice, especially with the middle name.
I can live with 'unusual' spelling in a middle name when it's to honour a family member (Therease). I did in myself (one of my DD's middle names is 'Ann' rather than my preference Anne as that was how it was spelt by my grandma when giving it to my mum)
However, I really don't like Lacey as a girls name on its own. Could you find a name which could work with Lacey as a nickname? I'm racking my brains trying to think of one. I guess Alice?
It's just that it's such an insubstantial name. Very cute on a little girl, but as an independent grown woman, I'm not so sure.

LOVE the boys name... I like Xander but DH wont have it.
Not overly fussed on the girls name... Agree that its a cute little girl name, but a grown women just doesnt cut it IMO..
What about Alicia? or even Lucy.. Lucy Therease sounds pretty with the same "Sound" as Lacey...

I hadn't heard of Lacey and I think its lovely. Don't like the spelling of the middle name but understand the significance.
