DH is away for work and we're putting together a little 'care package' to send down to him, mainly from the girls, so that he gets something special from them to make him smile.

DD1 has been writing him letters and drawing him pictures every day, and we have a few items of clothing that we've got to send to him, and we're going to include some of his left over Easter sugar eggs.

But I'm running out of ideas of nice things to put in there.

Does anyone else have any ideas?

Thanks!

When my partner first went away for work we sent him a care pack. As well the letters/drawings, clothes etc we sent him a beanie and some soup (it was freezing where he was) and some chap lip stuff, panadol (he was ages away from shops) and some other odds and ends. His work mates thought it was a real cack when he opened it up in front of them laughing2.gif But he loved it wub.gif

My DH works away frequently but his last trip was a long one so he was sent care packages from a few people.
We sent him some clothes, xmas things (yes he missed xmas cry1.gif ), a book, lollies and photos mainly.

Im sure he will love anything he gets from you.
Good luck making it all fit in the box!

We sent lots of biscuits and lollies. If you are sending to iraq, don't send anything that can melt. A few navy wives I know have had some disasters.
