I have a daughter Rylie and one day I'd like to have another bub, DH and I have talked about the name Baily, now there are a million spellings! and we like it for a boy or a girl! We also have an Indiana (girl) is Baily too close to Rylie? should it be spelt differently?
What are some name that go with Rylie and Indiana! just for fun sake here ....

I personally think Rylie is too close to Bailey (I don't like the name but any other spelling than this is even worse).

I definately don't think it's too similar at all. Doesn't even rhyme or anything. I've heard much more similar names.
You should go with what you love.

I think Bailey is definitely too close to Rylie no matter how you spell it. Bailey is the only way I would spell it though.

I don't think they are too close at all. I have a son Riley & would love to use Bailey for another boy, but a friend has a son named Bailey.
Also if you are going to use Bailey for a girl. I like this spelling (Bailee)
