ok... so I only have 3 weeks approx till our 3rd bub arrives.
We don't know if it is a boy or a girl, but we do have a boys name set.
Just wondering which name people prefer for a girl:
Maya Elizabeth
Maya Juliet
Alexis June
All 3 middle names are family names.

Alexis for sure. It can be shortened to Lexie or Lex

Love the name Alexis. It was on our list when DD was born.
Alexis Elizabeth would be my choice and I wouldn't shorten it.

I love Alexis. I'm not keen on June but
Alexis Juliet
sounds beautiful.
I like Maya too but only pronounced May-ah but it can also be pronounced other ways which puts me off it a bit.

They are both really nice names but I really like Alexis.
and i agree with JMC - like Alexis Elizabeth.
Maya is very common name now - still love it though but Alexis is very sweet! Maybe you could wait til he/she pops out - you may take one look at her and she may look like a Maya or Alexis!

Maya Juliet

Maya Elizabeth
Alexis June
FWIW I prn Maya - My-a
I am not a fan of Alexis. How about Alyssa June? Alessandra June? Alexandra June?

i like maya spelt maia - esp if you want to pronounce it "may-uh". i dislike the pronunciation "my-uh" - it sounds like a department store!
alexis is pretty but the nickname she could get might be alex which is too masculine for my liking

Another vote for Alexis Juliet. Fabulous name.

Absolutely love Maya, it is on my name list.
Pronounced May-uh though.
So Maya Elizabeth is my pick.

ALEXIS!
It's on our "next baby name list if we ever have one", and love your middle name choices - one is my name!
eta my best friend in Kindy was called Maija (May-yah) and I always said my daughter would be Maija...but something better came along the day she was born!

Alexis reminds me too much of watching Joan Collins in Dynasty!

Yes, sorry showing my age here! it sounds too harsh imo,
I like Maya Elizabeth best -much more feminine
All the best,
elegie

I like Maya pronounced Ma-ya, ie. short 'a' sound in both syllables, not elongated 'y' sound like the department store. Although I suppose with a broad Aussie accent it would turn into Myer...
I really dislike it pron May-a.
I don't like Alexis, but that may be because the only Alexis I've know was a guy.

Hi,
I am a little biased as my DD is Mya Ann.
Not pronouced like the department store!
My-a is not My-yer
And even if it was Big Deal!
I really wanted to spell it Maia but couldnt convince DH.
My pick from your list is Maya Elizabeth!
Good Luck with what eva you decide!
