So I am wondering what age kids are when they go to kindy here? I know they start Pre School when they are 4 (before 30 April) so do they do to kindy the next year or when they are 6?

I know it seems strange not to know this stuff, but I didn't go to school in Canberra and alot of there other rules are differnt.
So I am wondering what age kids are when they go to kindy here? I know they start Pre School when they are 4 (before 30 April) so do they do to kindy the next year or when they are 6?

Hi Amanda,
You start kindy the year after you go to preschool so you need to turn 5 before 30th April in the year you start.
