OK, I am biting the bullet and joining Fernwood, but can't join for 12 months as we don't know if we'll still be here then. Anyone selling (or know of any for sale) a "remaining" portion of theirs? Prefer the opal membership.
Hi there, I am....It's an Opal membership at Civic, but can be transferred to other gyms. It will expire April 06, so not sure if that is too long a period for you. I pay $37.50 per fortnight, and have been told that if it transfers to other gyms it may increase by a few dollars depending on their scale.

Have you tried on www.allclassifieds.com.au ? I put mine up, and it went within 2 days, but there were about 12 there.

Ahhh had this been put up a week or so ago. i went in and cancelled mine last friday and i was a founding member so my fees never went up, but i just dont use it and it was sitting there for 9 months and hadnt been used. ohh well. but i second the all classifieds there are usually a heap on there

Thanks for the suggestions. Yeah, I tried allclassifieds before I posted here. There are heaps, but are mostly $69per fortnight, and I'm after one that's the same or less than the $40.25 p/f they're offering for opal at the moment.
