Hi ladies,

We are looking at home builder now. Can you help me with feedbacks please? Which one good or which one to avoid? We visited two builders at display homes Dunlop but there should be more GOOD builders out there with great work. We are also looking for good Independent building consultant to help us inspect the house progress until complete.

Please feel free to explain by pm if you don't want mention it here. Thanks in advance.

Hi Yani
We are currently building with Renaissance(sp) in Watson. They have a display home at Dunlop. We have found them to be excellent, quick and easy to deal with.
We have been suprised as everyone told us what a drain emotionally and financially building would be and how we would be waiting for "years" for the house to be finished.
Well we started mid April and our house will be ready in 3 weeks - YAY
We have paid extra and upgrade things such as our heating system to a 5 star, feature walls, letterbox ect but their prices have been lower than any quote by a private contractor I tried.
Anyway if you have anymore questions just give me a yell.
Take care
Shelly

Hello Yani77, we have recently finished major renovations on our home and I can highly recommend our builder. His name is Allan Jurgens. He completed our house in 12 weeks he was on site building himself and hired contractors for the jobs he couldn't do. This was important to me because I wanted someone who would be here for it all not just pass it off to other workers and come and check on it occasinally. He was here every day and has been here a few times since to check everythings ok. I f you want to know more just PM me. I do know that he is going O/S in October but he is worth the wait...

Good luck in finding a good builder cause they are hard to find.

Make sure you smile today,
Natalie
