I've found that Kmart has the best range. DS adores Ben 10
Kmart also have some on special this week in their catalogue, also I saw a great collection at Toyworld.
ARGH! Ben 10!!! Both my boys are sooooo into it! Driving me nuts! 
DP just got some figurines and the watch thing that isn't a watch from KMart.
Both boys though are wanting the 'Real one' and wondering why when they hit the watch they aren't turning into one of the monsters

My 6 year old is totally addicted. I have got some Ben10 from Big W and Kmart. 
Myer, Target, Kmart...
I'm pretty sure most major department stores stock them and I'm sure Toys 'r' us would, too.

Kmart, Target, Big W, Myer, Toys'R'Us all stock them. Its just a matter of whether they are in stock when you want them. They sell out pretty quickly though.
Big W currently have the alien ships on sale for $33.94 I think it said tonight. Toys'R'Us had the real watch on sale for $39.99 recently and you got a normal watch for free.
I would suggest ringing around before you go out looking though.
ben 10 is also on nintendo DS too.

No, I've been asking around at numerous book stores, but I haven't checked ebay yet... good thinking. 
FWIW I spotted some Ben10 clothing the other day in Kmart - much larger sizes though (7-10, I think??), and TBH I wasn't all that keen on the designs, but I'm a pain like that.. I'm not a huge fan of licensed clothing.

Finally found some stuff in Big w - $2 - 3 cheaper there.
