Yoga for you and your child

A class for designed for mother and child to do yoga together. Enjoy the wonderful effects of yoga that will benefit both you and your preschool child, while bonding you in a special way to one another.

Come on a journey into the yoga garden- experience the flexibility, strength and balance of the body as we growl like the fiercest tigers and become seeds growing into magical plants. Feel the strength of the mountain, the freedom of the butterfly, the solidity of a rock, as we become the bridge that crosses from the world of reality into that of the imagination, and then rest in a garden of inner stillness, peace and tranquility.

I just asked DD did she want to go and do yoga with Suzanna again after the holidays and her reply was an excited "yes!".

Steph, is this class suitable for babies, or just preschoolers? I can't see an age range on the website...

It sounds great! biggrin.gif

My biggest concern would be the use of fossil fuels to get there from Palmerston. Any other Gungahlin mums interested in carpooling?
s-m
Kristen you could bring your DD3 and park bubs in the pram or on a rug - should be manageable at least until bubs gets mobile?

I would love to do something like this with Brielle but Wednesday morning is swimming lessons sad.gif
~Sorceress~
That sounds like a good option if the teacher doesn't mind original.gif.

Do we need to book?
s-m
I don't know about booking. Maybe call Suzanna to ask and check re the baby while you're at it? I have a friend who took her 3yo DD last year plus bub who was born in Feb but they were using a different and bigger hall.

Carol that's a bummer - we have swimming too but there is over an hour gap in between and it's only a 5min drive.

DS (3 years) and I will be there. We'll be the ones tied up in knots at the back of the class blush.gif
