Seriously though I am thinking that some of our electrical applicances have got together and had a talk and decided that they no longer want to work for us
The weekend before last the electric blanket on our bed stopped working, well actually not totally just my side (go figure
Last Thursday the toaster (3 months old but do you think we can find the receipt) died.
Saturday evening we discovered that the fish tank heater had stopped working (our fish where so not impressed, teeth chattering, ugh boots being worn, milo being sipped) and yes there where casualties!
Monday morning Dh's electric razor gave up the ghost (he has NO IDEA how to use a normal razor, geezzz how hard can it be, so I have been acting as "Barber" all week)
Last night I went to use the printer and, yep you guessed it, dead to the world (it was only 2 years old and we really liked it) Not to mention the fact that we only just replaced the printer cartridge about a month ago!!!!
Dave says he thinks the Tv will be the next to go so this morning I held an emergency meeting with the Tv. Better working conditions and entitlements have been offered, he was pretty silent about it, but I think he was just taking it all in and probably wants to discuss it with his union rep first (that would be the VCR) before commiting himself.
Anyway wish me luck with my "electrical" shop on Saturday morning, just what I wanted to be doing
cheers
Alexandra
