I wouldn't stress either, my DD was also 4 weeks early and has always been well below the 'graphs'. At 6 1/2 months she was only 5.67kg, and at 4 years only weighs 11kgs! As long as your bub is gaining weight, and not losing weight or plateuing, there is nothing to worry about. Some kids just follow their own graph!

Hope this helps.

I was sort of worried too about DJ but when you look at a room full of adults they are all different sizes etc. I kept telling myself that. She was quite tall but average weight, so she appeared thinner than other babies. Now she is heading for 3 and is avearge weight and height. She has a little pot belly original.gif

I was told to look for a weight gain of 100-150gms a week, so it sounds like she is doing ok. I also remember when DD was a baby being told that babies usually double the birth weight in 6 mths and then again in 12mths. So if a baby was 4kgs born it would be 8kg at 6mths and 12kgs at 12 months.

My DD was always on the small side at 5 mths she weighed 5kgs and 6 mths she weighed 6 and then at 1 she weighed 7.5 (She wore 00 clothing on her first Birthday)
Looking back at it, i stressed WAY Too much about weight, i wish i didnt worry so much and spent the time enjoying her.
